Showroom Brochure – A Visual Invitation
Goal:
Design an immersive, visually compelling piece that reflects the spirit of the community and helps prospective buyers envision themselves living there.
Approach:
The design leverages coloured brand bars as a unifying visual motif, with each bar representing a key community selling point. Hand-drawn maps add warmth and a strong sense of place, while clean infographics and lifestyle photography work together to provide a comprehensive and inviting overview of the area’s offerings. The layout was thoughtfully crafted to ensure readability and smooth visual flow, encouraging readers to explore and engage. This brochure became a focal point of the showhome experience, seamlessly blending emotional appeal with practical information—a combination that earned it the Best Brochure award at the 2022 BILD Awards.
Direct Mail Brochure – A Tactile Teaser

Create a scaled-down marketing piece that effectively engages prospective buyers in nearby communities, maintaining strong visual impact and sparking curiosity—while distilling the essence of the full brochure.
Approach:
Utilize a condensed layout to spotlight the most compelling features of the community, supported by curated photography and concise messaging that quickly conveys lifestyle value. Incorporate an interactive fold-out format revealing a large, illustrated map of key amenities and attractions—designed to surprise and delight, increasing engagement, memorability, and shareability.
